We started from the provider list that ranks today and checked whether each one still sells the product. Three didn't. Hostinger's own support documentation, Aktualisiert 27 August 2025, states that new purchases for cPanel Reseller plans are no longer offered. UOL Host's revenda URL returns a 301 redirect to its cloud computing page, and the word "revenda" appears zero times across its site. WebLink's domain redirects to Hostinger. Those three are covered below as warnings, not as picks.
