We started from the provider list that ranks today and checked whether each one still sells the product. Three didn't. Hostinger's own support documentation, Atualizada 27 agosto 2025, states that new purchases for cPanel Reseller plans are no longer offered. UOL Host's revenda URL returns a 301 redirect to its cloud computing page, and the word "revenda" appears zero times across its site. WebLink's domain redirects to Hostinger. Those three are covered below as warnings, not as picks.
For the survivors we pulled entry and renewal pricing from the live checkout, not the marketing page. On Hosting.com that meant driving the Upmind cart to the point where server locations and renewal terms are exposed. On HostGator Brasil it meant reading the promotional-terms JSON embedded in the page, which states the discount applies to the first payment period only. Every renewal multiplier here is arithmetic on two verified numbers, not an estimate.
Data centre claims got the same treatment. Advertising a São Paulo pin is not the same as hosting there. So we checked each provider's own infrastructure documentation, and where the map was interactive, the markup behind it. Two limits worth stating. We didn't run load tests or latency benchmarks, so performance claims here come from published specifications and infrastructure locations. SiteGround – Best for agencies that don't need WHM
SiteGround's São Paulo presence is real, and it's a content delivery network edge. Not a data centre. The company's own server documentation lists eleven hosting locations across the United States, Europa, Australia and Singapore. None sit in South America. São Paulo appears only in the 17-location CDN list. Your clients' files live in Dallas or Ashburn; only cached assets get served locally.
The product itself is white-label client management on GrowBig or GoGeek rather than WHM with cPanel accounts underneath. You add collaborator seats and hand over site-level access. Plenty of agencies work happily this way. But you can't sell someone a cPanel login, and you can't bolt WHMCS onto it like a conventional reseller plan.

Ultahost – Best two-year price lock
Two years at USD 23.50. That's the longest price hold in this comparison, and nobody else here commits past twelve months. Geography is where it falls down. Ultahost anuncia 25 locais em 20 países, São Paulo among them. Load the reseller checkout, Apesar, and there's no server-location selector at all. We pulled the full cart page for Ulta 25 and found no city names anywhere in it. São Paulo is available on Ultahost's VPS and dedicated lines, not on the reseller product.

Kamatera – Not actually a reseller product
Kamatera appears on Brazilian reseller lists constantly, e não deveria. What the company calls its Reseller Hosting Program is a partner scheme for managed service providers and agencies. You either buy cloud servers at wholesale and resell them, or white-label with an API and earn commission. There are no reseller tiers, no cPanel account limits, no published prices. Nothing on that page is a product you can put in a cart.
The geography rules it out too. Kamatera 21 data centres run from Amsterdam and Bucharest to Hong Kong, Tokyo and Toronto, with Miami and Dallas covering the Americas. There is no Brazilian location and no South American location of any kind. For Brazilian clients, the nearest Kamatera server is in Florida.
Where Kamatera genuinely competes is raw infrastructure. Cloud VPS starts around USD 4/month with a 30-day free trial, and you can size servers to the megabyte. Build your own reseller platform on top and it's cheap. But that's systems work, not a hosting plan. You'd be buying, licensing and patching cPanel yourself, the exact cost 20i eliminates by bundling its own panels. Londres, Dallas and Singapore carry the active styling reserved for primary data centres. One international brand on this list sells a conventional WHM reseller plan on servers inside Brazil, and this is it. Note the "Brasil" com cuidado: HostGator's US operation retired shared reseller plans around February 2024 and now sells VPS-based Snappy tiers instead. The Brazilian arm kept the classic product, and it's a different company running different infrastructure.

Buying Locaweb and KingHost is not diversification. Locaweb acquired KingHost in May 2019, and the Porto Alegre company now operates inside the Locaweb group. The company has been doing this for over 18 years with more than 60,000 clientes, running data centres in São Paulo and Orlando. Unlike Locaweb and KingHost, it uses real cPanel and WHM, so client migrations from other cPanel hosts are uneventful and WHMCS integrates normally.
It also carries the longest guarantee here: 45 dias, contra 30 everywhere else. For a reseller that matters more than it looks. You need time to migrate a few clients and watch the platform under real load before you're committed.

Its Alliance programme starts at BRL 5.90 per site per month (USD 1.16), with progressive discounts up to 20% as volume grows. Servers sit in Brazil or the USA. If you have six clients, you pay for six sites instead of buying a 30-account plan and wasting 24 slots.
Run the comparison at low volume and it's decisive. Six sites on Hostoo costs about BRL 35.40/month. Hosting.com's Reseller 30 custa USD 20.42, roughly BRL 103, for capacity you aren't using.
