The scrubbing nodes are a separate network, and here the company turns vague. For a service whose entire value is where its filtering sits, that omission matters. The IP blocks are odd too. Addresses serving the company’s own site and its cPanel servers sit under the netname IQWEB-LLC-NET with the country code BZ, for Belize. That’s a registration record, not proof of where the metal sits. It does fit a recurring complaint about addresses that visitors’ networks treat with suspicion.
