Live chat queues ran to six and nine hours. Reviewers posted the old technical support number to show it simply disconnected.

The cruelest detail is the lockout loop. Midphase verifies you before it will help, and the verification code goes to your email address. When the thing that broke is your email, you can’t open the ticket that is the only route to technical support. Multiple reviewers described exactly this.

Legacy features went too. cgi-bin support was dropped in the migration without warning, breaking older sites that relied on it.

You plan to grow into a VPS or dedicated server: Midphase builds neither. VPS plans come from sister brand Heart Internet, and the dedicated server link sends you to heartinternet.uk. Growth means a new account elsewhere in the group.

Your audience isn’t near Dallas, London or Singapore: Those are the only three regions at checkout. There’s no Australian, 南米, Indian or German option.
