The SLA sets a 99.9% monthly network availability target. But it applies only to the UK, Olanda, Svezia, US and Canada points of presence. That’s a DNS setting, not spam. Support restarted the server, then the automated system suspended it again for the same reason. Those servers were eventually deleted while still paid for, with no data recovery.

Two January 2025 reviews describe the same pattern. One warns you may receive an IP already blacklisted, and that the company may then shut your server down over it.
