Fonctionnalités et services

SKB Enterprise B.V.. sold Amsterdam-based servers until January 2025, and its oldest customer review dates from 2017. Its VAT registration was still valid when we checked, so this isn’t a bankruptcy. It sold the hosting operation and kept the shop window open. That’s why parts of this section are in the present tense and parts are in the past.

Anything you read about SKB shared hosting, or an included DirectAdmin control panel, is out of date. The only control panel sold now is a paid managed add-on on a dedicated server.

That’s a hardware dispute rather than a hosting one, but the timing shows what was happening: the kit was being sold off.

The ticket system is still reachable and the contact form still submits. Does anyone read them? Nothing in the public record suggests so. The most recent announcement in the client portal is the transfer notice from 14 janvier 2025. Nothing has been posted in nineteen months.

Buying from the abandoned storefront costs more and gives you a supplier that has publicly said it isn’t in this business.

Contract terms matter to you: the checkbox at checkout links the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy to a dead domain. You’d be accepting terms you can’t read. The EU VAT register now lists the company in the village of Espel, not the Amsterdam office every review still quotes.

As of August 2026 the store at clients.skb-enterprise.com still accepts orders and payments. The checkout asks you to agree to Terms of Service hosted at skb-enterprise.com/legal/, a domain that no longer resolves. You cannot read the contract you’re being asked to accept.

Prices below came from the live cart on 18 août 2026, hors TVA. There’s no renewal shock, the one good thing here: the advertised price is the renewal price, a 1.0x multiplier. Longer terms shave a little off.
