Características y servicios

SKB Enterprise B.V.. sold Amsterdam-based servers until January 2025, and its oldest customer review dates from 2017. Its VAT registration was still valid when we checked, so this isn’t a bankruptcy. It sold the hosting operation and kept the shop window open. That’s why parts of this section are in the present tense and parts are in the past.

un junio 2025 thread describes a EUR 960 dispute over three used Supermicro servers sold through eBay. The buyer says all three arrived defective and that follow-up emails went unanswered. That’s a hardware dispute rather than a hosting one, but the timing shows what was happening: the kit was being sold off.

Ambos 2025 Trustpilot reviews describe support silence. One customer, writing on 9 Mayo 2025, found a domain registered with SKB marked “Transferred Away” and got no explanation. No phone number, sin chat en vivo, no published response time.

Contract terms matter to you: the checkbox at checkout links the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy to a dead domain. You’d be accepting terms you can’t read. The EU VAT register now lists the company in the village of Espel, not the Amsterdam office every review still quotes.

You expect a refund if something goes wrong: no hay uno. The published policy is that delivered services aren’t refundable, and the review record shows that applied even when servers were never delivered.

We assess how upfront the provider is with information a buyer needs:
