Hostinger began in November 2004 in Kaunas, Lituanie, under the name Hosting Media. It is now headquartered in Vilnius. Its About page says it has never been publicly listed. You’re buying a VPS and might want a refund: Hostinger’s refund policy contradicts itself on VPS plans. One line excludes “all VPS hosting plans” from standard refunds.
