Existing customers still have working service and a support line. Shoppers have nothing to buy.
This review draws on the live site, the business terms, the Danish business register (CVR), the independent audit report, and all 202 Avis des clients. We show the review dates, pas seulement la moyenne, and where the pricing links actually lead. Most reviews of this host still quote plans nobody can order.

Évaluation globale: Wannafind holds a live 3.7 hors de 5 à travers 202 Commentaires, malgré 88.6% of them being 5-star. That gap exists because the corpus is old. Only three reviews arrived in the past 12 mois. Forces: Danish phone support and a current third-party security audit. Problems: a closed storefront, pas de prix publiés, and no uptime guarantee in the contract.
One fact shows how far this brand has drifted. The Danish business register records that Wannafind co-founder Stefan Rosenlund left the parent company’s CEO role on 1 juillet 2022. Wannafind’s About page still presents him as its managing director. Note also that the closure notice carries no date, and we found no announcement from the parent group.

Fonctionnalités et services
Wannafind started in 2000 and operates from Skanderborg. Today it’s one brand inside a much larger group, and most of what it sold has moved elsewhere.
What Wannafind Still Runs
We probed all 101 URLs in Wannafind’s own sitemap. Seulement 15 still return a Wannafind page. Fifty-seven redirect to a DanDomain or ScanNet address, two go to an outside remote-support tool, and one 404s.
le 15 survivors are the homepage, Service Clients, the status page, the business terms and the “À propos” pages. Plus one orphan: the webhotel FAQ still loads, while the product page it belongs to redirects away.
Hosting Types Listed
- Webhotel (Hébergement partagé), webshop and payment gateway – DanDomain
- Hosted Exchange, Mailhotel, Microsoft 365 – DanDomain
- SSL certificates and spam filtering – DanDomain
- VPS Hosting and Cloud Server – ScanNet
- DNS hosting, Veeam backup, Hosted Navision – ScanNet
The navigation still lists all of it. Nothing warns you the destination has changed until you click.
Security and Compliance
This part is real, and it’s the strongest thing on the site. PricewaterhouseCoopers signed an ISAE 3402 assurance report for team.blue Denmark on 3 février 2026, covering all of 2025. Isae 3402 is an audit standard where an outside accountant tests whether a provider’s stated controls actually worked. It also confirms a security system certified to ISO 27001, the international information-security standard.
Read the scope, bien que. Webhotel, Hosted Exchange, Mailhotel, Hosted Webshop, DNS and Veeam Backup are fully covered. For Cloud Server and VPS Hosting, only the infrastructure layer is in scope. Flex VPS, Microsoft 365 and Azure aren’t covered at all. That last exclusion matters: Microsoft 365 is the one product the homepage still pushes a “buy now” button for. That button leads to a 404 page.
Data Centre
Servers sit in a Danish data centre, which keeps latency low locally and data inside the EU. The site describes two separate power feeds and a 500 kVA diesel generator holding 12 hours of fuel. It claims redundant cooling and a site 70 metres above sea level. Hardware is listed as Dell and Cisco.
Attentes en matière de performances
We found no independent speed or uptime benchmarks for Wannafind. Rien. So we can’t tell you how fast it is, and neither can anyone else honestly.
We can tell you the site doesn’t agree with itself on uptime. The homepage and the data centre page promise 99.95%. The About page, the server hosting page and the webhotel FAQ promise 99.9%. Those differ by a factor of two: à propos 44 minutes of monthly downtime versus about 22. Both are stated as guarantees.
Now the part that matters. We searched all 42,212 characters of the business terms for “oppetid” (disponibilité), pour “SALADE”, and for any figure like 99.9. Zero matches. Clause 10.4 says only that Wannafind “tilstræber” 24-hour availability, meaning it aims for it. Un SLA (Accord de niveau de service, a contractual uptime commitment with compensation attached) doesn’t exist here. Those percentages live on marketing pages and nowhere else.
Expérience client
Wannafind holds 202 reviews with a live score of 3.7 hors de 5. The star breakdown: 179 cinq étoiles, 9 quatre étoiles, 1 trois étoiles, 4 deux étoiles, 9 une étoile. As a plain average that’s 4.71.
So why is the live score 3.7? Because the platform weights recent reviews more heavily, and Wannafind barely has any. We pulled every review and sorted by year. De 197 with a readable date, 117 were published in 2015 ou plus tôt. Six have appeared since January 2024. Three landed in the past 12 mois.
The profile also shows review collection switched off. Nobody gets invited to review this brand anymore, which fits a company that isn’t taking new customers.
Ce que les clients louent
One theme dominates, constamment, à travers 20 années: soutien. Reviewers name individual staff and describe problems fixed on the first call. Un avril 2026 reviewer wrote that answers came promptly and help was immediate. Un mois de septembre 2025 reviewer described a long call to recover an email address, calling the service fantastic.
Long tenure comes up repeatedly too. Un critique a noté 12 années en tant que client. Customers who stay a decade say more about a host than any feature list.
Reviewers also value that the support is Danish, par téléphone, and available for long hours. Phone lines run Monday to Friday, 07:00 à 19:00. Email support runs until 22:00 en semaine, with weekend cover too.
Plaintes courantes
The negative reviews are few, but they cluster tightly around one thing: billing and cancellation. Not performance, not downtime. Paperwork.
The most recent review on the profile, publié 31 juillet 2026, is a two-star account of exactly this. The reviewer says the service itself was fine. Then comes the timeline. An email on 2 June said the product would auto-renew on 1 août. The invoice arrived on 3 July instead, a month early. They cancelled at once and still got an automated demand for payment. They call the procedure misleading and out of another era.
That isn’t an isolated case. A one-star review from January 2023 describes cancelling everything, then getting a payment reminder anyway. Told to complain as much as they liked, they did.
septembre 2022 brought a different issue. A two-star reviewer described a change in how .dk domains were handled, with the price moving from DKK 60 to DKK 99 per domain. They felt the transfer happened without their agreement.
There’s a structural reason cancellation goes wrong here. Wannafind’s own help article says each product must be cancelled separately through the control panel. Miss one and you keep paying. Add 30-day notice periods and automatic renewal, and you get the complaints above.
One more data point. The review platform records that Wannafind has replied to 0% of its negative reviews.
Commentaires de la communauté (Reddit & Les forums)
Voici un écart honnête: Wannafind has essentially no community footprint. We searched Reddit directly and through a second search engine. Every result matched the phrase “wanna find”, not the hosting company. No r/webhosting thread, no Danish subreddit discussion, rien.
The Danish forum trail is old too. What exists sits on Computerworld’s “Eksperten” archive and dates from the 2000s.
What filled the gap is worth a warning. Search for news about the DanDomain and ScanNet transition and you get articles on a badminton club site and a dog-lovers site. Both write about Danish web hosting. That’s automated content, not community feedback, and it now ranks for these queries. Treat it accordingly.
Qualité de l'assistance
Support kept this brand’s customers for two decades, et 2026 reviewers still say it works. The homepage claims phone answers within 12 secondes. We didn’t test that figure, but the review record is consistent enough to make the underlying claim credible.

The status page shows no current disruptions and no planned maintenance. It carries no incident history either, so you can’t check the track record yourself.
When to Use Wannafind
The honest list is short, because only one group can actually use it.
Idéal pour
Existing customers who value the support: Nothing broken? Then there’s no urgent reason to move. Support still answers, the infrastructure is audited, and the control panel still sells you more products.
Danish businesses on legacy Microsoft products: Wannafind still lists Hosted Navision and Hosted Exchange. If one of those works for you, continuity has real value. Migrating an Exchange environment isn’t fun.
Buyers who want Danish data residency: The data centre is in Denmark and support speaks Danish. A Danish PwC office signed the audit report. For a small Danish company facing compliance questions, that combination is worth something.
Vous l'apprécierez si
- You need an auditor’s report for your own accountant, because the ISAE 3402 report is published and current
- You’d rather phone a person than file a ticket, because phone support runs 12 hours a day on weekdays
- You want EU data residency by default, because there’s only one data centre region
When NOT to Use Wannafind
Aucun hôte ne convient à tout le monde. Wannafind is the wrong choice in more situations than most.
Regardez ailleurs si
You’re a new customer: C'est le grand. Wannafind’s homepage refers new customers to DanDomain or ScanNet. Sign-up isn’t possible. Go straight to whichever of those two sells what you want, or pick a host outside the group.
Les temps d'arrêt vous coûtent de l'argent: The marketing says 99.9% ou 99.95%, depending which page you read. The contract says neither. An SLA with compensation attached is what you’d want, and there isn’t one here.
Comparing quotes matters to you: No prices are published. For a business weighing three suppliers, that’s a non-starter.
A money-back guarantee is essential: Il n'y en a pas. Consumers get the 14-day statutory withdrawal right. Even that excludes domains, Microsoft 365 licences and SSL certificates. Business customers get nothing back mid-period.
Drapeaux rouges pour votre situation
- You dislike auto-renewal: Subscriptions bill 6 ou 12 months ahead and renew unless you cancel 30 jours de sortie, per product, séparément.
- You hate surprise invoices: The most recent customer review describes an invoice arriving a month before the stated renewal date.
- You want a supplier that will still exist under this name: The brand is being wound down, and no end date has been published.

Wannafind Plans and Pricing
⚠️ Avertissement de prix: Wannafind publishes no prices at all. Every pricing URL in its sitemap redirects to DanDomain or ScanNet. Existing customers buy through the control panel or by phone, so nobody can compare costs before committing.
What follows are the prices you land on after clicking Wannafind’s own product links. These are DanDomain and ScanNet prices, not Wannafind prices. All figures exclude Danish VAT.
Hébergement partagé (via DanDomain)
Entrée: DKK 29/mo first year, renews at DKK 159/mo. A 5.48x jump. 10 Stockage GB, 3 adresses mail, 1 Mémoire GB.
la norme: DKK 59/mo first year, renews at DKK 259/mo, a 4.39x jump. 20 Stockage GB, 10 adresses mail, 2 Mémoire GB, plus SSH (command-line server access) and scheduled cron jobs.
Prime: DKK 89/mo first year, renews at DKK 359/mo, a 4.03x jump. 100 Stockage GB, adresses e-mail illimitées, 4 Mémoire GB.
All three bill annually. The cheapest plan carries the steepest increase, the usual pattern: the headline price is the one designed to be forgotten.
Hébergement VPS (via ScanNet)
Entrée VPS: DKK 58/mo for the first six months, then DKK 275/mo. That’s 4.74x. Vous obtenez 1 vCPU (un cœur de processeur virtuel), 2 Go de RAM, 20 Stockage SSD Go et 50 GB of traffic.
VPS de base: DKK 100/mo for six months, then DKK 483/mo. 2 vCPU, 2 Go de RAM, 40 GB SSD.
The ladder runs up to DKK 1,379/mo for 6 processeur virtuel et 12 Go de RAM. Note the teaser lasts six months, pas un an, so the real price arrives sooner than on shared hosting.
Domaines (via DanDomain)
A .dk domain costs DKK 29 la première année, then DKK 119 une année. A .com costs DKK 19, then DKK 294 une année. That second one is a 15.5x increase, and DKK 294 is steep for a .com by European standards.

Coûts cachés à surveiller
- Invoice fees: DKK 10 by email, DKK 25 via Betalingsservice, DKK 49 via EAN, DKK 50 by post. You pay a fee to be billed.
- No mid-period refunds: clause 12.3.1 says Wannafind doesn’t refund if you cancel and close a product mid-period.
- Mis-ordered products: clause 5.1.2 says payment for an incorrectly ordered solution won’t be refunded.
- Price rises without notice: clause 4.5 allows increases with no warning when suppliers raise their prices. It also permits an energy surcharge.
- Délai d'annulation: subscriptions bill 6 ou 12 mois à venir. They renew automatically unless you cancel 30 days before the period ends.
Verdict sur les prix
There’s no Wannafind price to judge. The successor pricing is ordinary for the Danish market: a heavy first-year discount, then a renewal four to five and a half times higher. Budget for the renewal figure and you’ll be fine. Budget for the headline and year two will hurt.

Wannafind Transparency Score
We assess how upfront Wannafind is with the information a buyer needs.
- Informations sur la société: Bien, with a stale patch. The About page documents the ownership chain honestly, from HgCapital’s December 2015 stake in Zitcom Group through the June 2019 merger that created team.blue. Adresse, phone and CVR number are published. But the history stops in 2019 and says nothing about the wind-down. It also carries the outdated Rosenlund byline noted above, while the staff page on the same site lists the current team.blue leadership correctly.
- Transparence des prix: Pauvre. No prices are published anywhere. Every pricing URL redirects to another brand.
- Documentation technique: Limité. The ISAE 3402 report is a real strength, published in full with its scope and exclusions stated plainly. Contre ça, five pages give two different uptime guarantees, and the status page carries no incident history.
- termes & Politiques: Limité. The business terms are detailed, public and readable, which is better than many hosts manage. But they contain no uptime commitment, no refund for mid-period cancellation, and a clause allowing price rises with no notice.
Transparence globale: Mixte, and drifting the wrong way. The compliance documentation is genuinely good. The commercial information has been hollowed out. The homepage claims “+30,000 satisfied customers”, “40 dedicated employees” et “+15 années dans l'industrie”. The About page says 29,000 clients et 35 employés, for a company trading since 2000. C'est 26 années. Nobody has maintained these pages in a long time.
Alternatives to Wannafind
Since you can’t buy Wannafind, everyone reading this needs an alternative. Here’s where the links actually send you, and what to know first.
For Shared Hosting and Email: DanDomain
Wannafind’s webhotel, webshop, email and SSL links all go here. Plans run DKK 29 to DKK 89 a month in year one, renewing at DKK 159 to DKK 359. Même entreprise, so support and data centre don’t change. Consultez notre cheap Denmark hosting comparison against that renewal price.
For VPS and Cloud: ScanNet
Le VPS, Serveur Cloud, DNS and backup links land here. VPS starts at DKK 58 a month for six months, then DKK 275. Compare it with our Denmark VPS guide et Guide d'hébergement cloud au Danemark, because that six-month teaser is shorter than most.
For Actually Changing Supplier: Anyone Outside team.blue
This is the point most reviews miss. Wannafind, ScanNet and DanDomain aren’t three companies. They’re three of 41 secondary trading names registered to one Danish company, CVR 29412006. So are Curanet, Simply.com, Surftown, UnoEuro, Meebox, Danhost, HostNordic, SmartWeb and Cloud.dk.
Leaving over a billing dispute or a policy you dislike? Moving to another name on that list changes the logo and not much else. Notre Guide d'hébergement Web au Danemark covers the wider market. If mailboxes are what’s keeping you put, commencer par notre guide d'hébergement de messagerie.
Wannafind earns a live 3.7 hors de 5, and that number is fair for what the brand has become. It’s a support desk and a billing system attached to a website that no longer sells anything.
L'essentiel
Avec 88.6% de son 202 critiques à cinq étoiles, Wannafind did the hard part right for two decades. Danish phone support, a Danish data centre and a current PwC-signed audit are all real. What’s gone is the ability to buy, any published price, and any uptime guarantee in writing.
Existing customers with a working setup can stay. Everyone else should treat this brand as history and go to DanDomain, ScanNet or a provider outside the group. Just don’t mistake a move between those first two for changing supplier.
Pour les options actuelles, voir notre Guide d'hébergement Web au Danemark.
Questions fréquemment posées
Can I still sign up with Wannafind in 2026?
Non. Wannafind’s homepage states that new customers will be referred to DanDomain or ScanNet. Every product page we tested redirects to one of those two brands. Existing customers can still buy through the control panel or by calling support.
Is Wannafind good for beginners?
It was, and support was the reason. Reviewers consistently praised fast Danish phone help with named staff. But a beginner can’t sign up today. If you want that same support desk, DanDomain is where the shared hosting now lives.
De quoi les clients se plaignent-ils le plus ??
Billing and cancellation, par une large marge. Reviewers describe invoices arriving early, payment demands after cancelling, and a rule that every product must be cancelled separately with 30 journées’ avis. Very few complaints mention downtime or speed.
Does Wannafind offer refunds or a money-back guarantee?
Il n'y a pas de garantie de remboursement. The business terms say Wannafind doesn’t refund payments if you cancel a product mid-period. Consumers keep the 14-day statutory withdrawal right, but it doesn’t cover domains, Microsoft 365 licences or SSL certificates.
Does Wannafind guarantee uptime?
Not in writing. Les pages marketing promettent 99.9% on three pages and 99.95% on two others. We searched the full business terms and found no uptime figure and no SLA. The contract says only that Wannafind aims for 24-hour availability.
How does Wannafind compare to DanDomain and ScanNet?
They’re the same company. All three are registered trading names of team.blue Denmark A/S, CVR 29412006, aux côtés de 38 others including Curanet, Simply.com and Surftown. The difference is that DanDomain and ScanNet still sell, publish prices, and are being maintained.
