Billing errors causing suspensions. A two-star reviewer described being shut down twice without warning, both times for supposed non-payment, and both times because of errors on the provider’s side. One was a payment deferral the company forgot to register. The other was an invoice its own website showed as paid when it wasn’t. The company acknowledged the human error in its reply.

Post-migration instability. A one-star reviewer on the Uniweb profile wrote that services changed and “everything became more unstable and above all slower.” They estimated losses between NOK 50,000 and NOK 100,000, plus the extra work. They said the company credited an invoice worth a few hundred kroner. They’ve since moved to a competitor and report 30 à 40% faster speeds and no downtime.

Businesses with a Norwegian data residency preference: Shared hosting runs in Norwegian data centers under Norwegian jurisdiction. If a client contract or internal policy asks for that, this qualifies. Just confirm which product you’re buying, since VPS sits in Denmark.

Spot it? Beginner PRO costs double what standard Beginner costs and gives you one tenth of the disk space. Guru PRO, at NOK 480/mo, te donne 75 GB. The NOK 110/mo Explorer gives you 100 GB. You’re buying guaranteed CPU and memory, and paying for it in storage.

That’s a defensible engineering tradeoff. It is not clearly explained on the pricing page, and buyers upgrading to “PRO” for more of everything will get a surprise.

• Done-for-you sites: ASSEZ 472 to NOK 792/mo plus a setup fee between NOK 5,592 and NOK 7,192.
• Misapplied payments: Unidentifiable bank transfers are refunded minus a NOK 95 frais.
• Backups and migration: Daily backups are included on shared plans. We found no published migration fee.

Year one is close to free. Year two is where this host makes its money. The structure is deliberately inverted, so customers who buy the most capacity absorb the biggest jump. If you sign up for Enthusiast at NOK 7.20 and forget about it, your renewal invoice arrives nineteen times larger.
