Shock Hosting LLC has operated since 2013 from Piscataway, New Jersey. It’s small and independent, not part of a hosting group, and it runs its own network rather than reselling someone else’s.

Paris, Varsovie, Sao Paulo and Johannesburg are the four missing from that count, and they’re real. Each runs a working network test page on Shock Hosting’s own address space. PeeringDB even names the buildings: Digital Realty PAR5, Equinix WA3, Ascenty SPO04 and the Teraco campus.

That gap runs the other way too. Amsterdam appears on the virtual server page’s own map but not in its order form. The knowledgebase says “all services are available in each location”. That isn’t true today.
