Article 13.3 limits the scope to faults in VHosting’s own infrastructure, expressly excluding errors in your site’s code, CMS and plugin configuration, and problems caused by you not updating software.

So that reviewer wanted WordPress help through a chat window, and VHosting doesn’t sell it. The plan cards say “Assistenza Tecnica 24/365”, and article 13.2 defines that: you can file a ticket at any hour, but only blocking infrastructure problems get worked overnight. Everything else waits for the next working day.

VHosting Solution Plans and Pricing
