Resposta curta: Hapih Host is a cheap Indian host that charges you the same price forever, which is rare and worth something. The catch is that almost nothing else on the site agrees with itself. Its own contract promises 99.01% uptime while its product pages advertise 99.9%.
This review is built from the provider’s live pricing, its checkout, its terms and its published policies. We added every customer review we could find across three platforms. Its homepage carried none of them before that date. So any review older than 2026 describes a company making no certification claim at all.

What we can do is read the numbers Hapih Host publishes about itself. There are four, and they don’t match. The homepage badge says HostAdvice certified it at 99.01%. Its Terms of Service settle the question, and not in the buyer’s favour: “Although we offer 99.01% up time we can not fully guarantee this.” The Acceptable Use Policy goes further. That’s the entire community record. One sentence.
The only other trace is a 2019 promotional link the company posted to r/news from an account named HAPIHHOST1. Moderators removed it as spam within nine minutes.

A 12-month term at INR 79/mo bills INR 948 and then recurs at INR 948. The multiplier is 1.0x. What you should budget for instead is tax: 18% IGST is added at checkout and appears nowhere on the marketing pages.
Prices are quoted per month but tied to a term. The longer the commitment, the lower the monthly rate, and the gaps are large.

One warning about that Startup plan. It’s on the marketing page, but not in the shopping cart, which lists only Compact, Grow and Venture X. If the INR 19 headline is what brought you, you can’t buy it there.
cPanel Linux: Personal at INR 45/mo (USD 0.59), Bloggers at INR 129/mo (USD 1.68), Premium at INR 149/mo, Enterprise X at INR 197/mo. Compare Bloggers to Compact. Self-managed means exactly what it says. The provider’s own page promises “no maintenance or management, sem suporte”, taking responsibility only for the server being switched on. It adds that you “will not be entitle for any cancellation or Refund on these SELF MANAGED VPS.”

The cheapest anywhere is INR 3,699/mo in the USA, Europe starts at INR 4,900/mo, and the cheapest Indian machine is INR 6,750/mo. That last figure is 2.8 times the advertised entry price.
The Indian entry server is a Xeon E3-1230 v3 with 32GB of DDR3 memory, a processor that launched in 2013. Newer AMD EPYC options start at INR 24,450/mo.
