Host Havoc lists 14 locations. North America has eight: New York, Montreal, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and Seattle. Europe has four: London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Nuremberg. Asia Pacific has two: Singapore and Sydney.

Location matters more for games than for websites. Every 100 km between you and the server adds latency. In a shooter that’s the difference between hitting and missing. An archived copy of Host Havoc’s game hosting page from 13 January 2026 lists 13 data center locations; today the page lists 14, including Miami. Then there’s r/admincraft. Someone running a survival multiplayer world with 30 daily players asked whether Host Havoc would fix their lag. The top-voted answer told them to rent a dedicated box instead, for less money and more RAM. Nobody in the thread defended Host Havoc. That’s the honest ceiling on this product.

One warning about researching this host yourself. Search results for “Host Havoc review” are full of AI-written affiliate posts hosted on code-sharing sites. They quote a 4.8 rating and review counts that don’t match the live figures. Host Havoc pays 12% recurring affiliate commission, which explains the volume.

Support is tickets only. The terms of service say so directly: any contact outside the ticket system “is not guaranteed a proper answer from an official representative”. There’s no phone line. A community Discord exists, but the terms promise answers only through tickets.

Within that channel, the record is strong. Reviewers routinely describe replies inside 10 minutes, and that theme runs consistently through the record. The company also answers nearly every negative public review, usually within a day or two.

You want ARK: Survival Ascended: Host Havoc hosts ARK: Survival Evolved but not the Ascended remake. Nitrado does.

You want to try before committing: The refund window is 72 hours, and it starts when the server is created, not when your payment clears. The terms note those two moments can differ “by several hours or days”. You also have to open a ticket and argue your case, because refunds “will not be issued automatically”.

Renewal warning: there isn’t one. This is the rare host with no promotional pricing trap. What you pay in month one is what you pay in month 24. The cart labels both discount codes “Recurring Discount”, and no product page shows a promotional rate with a higher renewal figure behind it.

Minecraft Servers

The ladder runs from GRASS at 1 GB (USD 3.75/mo discounted) to BEDROCK at 32 GB (USD 120.00/mo discounted). The 1 GB tier suits four vanilla players. Modded packs need 3 GB minimum, and Host Havoc says so on the page instead of pretending otherwise. Servers from the 6 GB tier up include a dedicated IP address; below that it’s USD 4.00/mo extra.

That “limited time” sale deserves a footnote. An archived copy of the Minecraft page from 14 July 2024 shows the same USD 3.75 price. Same USD 5.00 list price, same 25% badge, same countdown clock underneath. The sale has run for two years.

Game Servers (slot-priced)

Most non-Minecraft games are sold by player slot. Using Rust as the worked example, in London, at list price:

Look at the first three lines again. Going from 30 slots to 100 slots more than triples your capacity for USD 4.00 a month. The small tiers are terrible value per slot, and the order form gives you no reason to notice.

Here’s the part that surprised us. Every one of those tiers ships with exactly 10 GB of allocated RAM. A 30-slot server and a 400-slot server get the same memory. More RAM is a paid add-on: 12 GB costs USD 3.75/mo extra, 16 GB costs USD 15.00/mo extra, whichever tier you’re on. A Rust admin made this exact complaint on Reddit in August 2019, when the figure was 8 GB. Nearly seven years on, the structure hasn’t changed.

Ryzen VPS

Starting at: USD 5.00/mo for 1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU and 20 GB of NVMe storage. NVMe is a faster type of SSD.

Pricing is a clean USD 5.00 per GB straight up the line. The top plan, VPS-16, gives you 16 GB, 6 vCPUs and 250 GB for USD 80.00/mo. Bandwidth is unmetered, capped at 250 Mbps on small plans and 1 Gbps at the top. These are unmanaged KVM instances, so you administer the operating system yourself.

Dedicated Servers

Starting at: USD 200.00/mo for an Intel Xeon E-2388G with 128 GB of DDR4 memory and 2 TB of NVMe storage.

The range tops out at an AMD Ryzen 9950X with 192 GB of DDR5 and 2 TB NVMe for USD 385.00/mo. Host Havoc publishes benchmark scores next to each CPU, which is more than most hosts bother with.

Web Hosting

Three cPanel plans: Silver at USD 2.99/mo, Gold at USD 4.99/mo, Platinum at USD 6.99/mo. Silver gives you 500 MB of storage and 10 GB of bandwidth. That’s small for 2026. Gold raises storage to 2.5 GB but still allows only one domain and two subdomains, same as Silver. Platinum is the unlimited tier.

Its 1 GB Minecraft plan lists at USD 3.99/mo and its 4 GB at USD 15.99/mo. That 30% discount applies to the first month only. Host Havoc’s never expires. The catch is that you have to know which code to type.

The SLA promises credit only when “100% service uptime is not met”, and issues it “entirely at the discretion of Host Havoc”. It then excludes downtime from “any sort of service attack (DDoS), hardware failure, software failure”. Those three exclusions cover nearly every real cause of an outage.
