Short answer: EzerHost is a cheap Indian host that suits a small site on a long prepaid term. It’s a poor fit for a VPS or dedicated server, because its terms give you no refund option. Entry shared hosting costs INR 49 a month on a three-year term, about USD 0.51. That’s among the lowest prices anywhere with an Indian data centre.
This review draws on roughly 221 customer reviews across four platforms, EzerHost’s published prices, and the fine print in its terms of service. We show renewal prices next to promotional ones, and quote the refund clauses that decide whether you get your money back. Most reviews of this host skip both.
Overall assessment: EzerHost scores 3.2/5 in our analysis. The largest independent review platform rates it 3.4/5 across 46 reviews. Customers praise migration help, fast replies and the price. Common complaints are refused or slow refunds, servers not delivered after payment, and support that pushes cancellation instead of a fix. Best suited to hobby sites, small business sites and developers who want an Indian IP address cheaply.
Historical note: Between 18 January and 21 May 2025, EzerHost replaced its unlimited-storage cPanel shared plans with metered ones. The old cP Pro plan at INR 85 a month with “Unlimited SSD Nvme” no longer exists. Any review promising unlimited storage on EzerHost shared hosting describes a product withdrawn in 2025.

Features and Services
EzerHost sells a wide catalogue for its size, from a INR 39 shared plan to a 128-core dedicated server.
Hosting Types Offered
- Shared hosting – two lines, one on cPanel (a popular hosting control panel), one on Plesk (a rival panel)
- WordPress, Node.js and Python hosting – the same cPanel platform, different software preinstalled
- Reseller hosting – Linux, cPanel Linux and Windows variants
- VPS hosting – self-managed and managed, on KVM (virtualisation giving each customer a fixed slice of hardware)
- Dedicated servers – Intel Xeon and AMD, 6 to 128 cores, plus a gaming line
- Domains, colocation, control panel licences and website migration
Key Features Customers Highlight
Reviewers rarely mention specifications. They mention people. Several name the staff who handled their migration, the most repeated positive we found.
- Free migration – handled by EzerHost staff, though moving between control panels “will be Charged extra”
- NVMe storage (a faster type of solid-state drive) – standard on current shared and VPS plans
- LiteSpeed (a web server that delivers cached pages faster than Apache) – on cPanel shared plans
- Indian data centres – a server in Mumbai answers an Indian visitor faster than one in Frankfurt
Data Center Locations
The About page names four Indian facilities: Mumbai, Noida, a second Mumbai site, and Pune. VPS marketing claims “12 Regions, 22+ Locations” worldwide, without saying which EzerHost owns and which it rents. Independent directories list only India and Germany. If latency outside India matters, ask which facility your server sits in before you pay.
Performance Expectations
We found no independent benchmark data for EzerHost. No third-party speed test or uptime monitor covers this host. That leaves the provider’s own claims, and those don’t agree with each other.
Marketing pages advertise “99.99% Server Uptime”. The terms of service say otherwise: “Although we offer 99.95% up time we can not fully guarantee this”. The Plesk plan cards say 99.9%. Three numbers, one website. There’s also no SLA (Service Level Agreement, a contractual uptime promise backed by refunds), so nothing is owed to you when a server goes down.
Customer Experience
Across four platforms EzerHost carries about 221 reviews, and the scores disagree wildly. One gives 3.4/5 from 46 reviews. A second gives 4.8/5 from 93. A directory gives 9.7/10 from 73, and a fourth 4.7/5 from 9. The one with the most 2026 activity scores lowest.
That lowest score carries the most interesting data. The distribution is 78% five-star and 20% one-star, with a single three-star review. There isn’t one four-star or two-star rating in five years. The unweighted average of those 46 ratings is 4.17. The platform’s recency-weighted score is 3.4, so the recent reviews are the unhappy ones.
What Customers Praise
Migration comes first, repeatedly, and by name. Reviewers describe moving off other Indian hosts and credit named staff with handling the transfer cleanly. Several had put off switching out of fear and found it painless.
Speed of response is second. Customers report reaching a human on live chat quickly, often with a discount offered in the same conversation.
Common Complaints
Provisioning failures lead. The most recent review we found, dated 12 September 2026, reports a VPS still “in pending state after 10 days of purchase”. A July 2026 review describes the same thing followed by a refused refund.
Refunds are the second theme. They trace to the terms of service rather than to anyone’s bad luck, and we cover that below.
Support conduct is third. An August 2026 reviewer says the reply to their concern focused “on offering a refund and cancelling the account rather than” fixing it. A June 2026 reviewer describes abusive language from a sales representative. A February 2026 reviewer reports 50% uptime by EzerHost’s own monitoring, then walked away from a three-year prepayment.
EzerHost replies to 80% of negative reviews, typically within two weeks. Those replies contest the facts rather than apologise. In one case the company said it could find no customer record matching the reviewer at all.
Community Feedback (Reddit & Forums)
Here’s an unusual result: there isn’t any. We searched Reddit across all subreddits and found no substantive discussion of EzerHost. Not one hosting thread mentions this host by name.
For most providers we can report what the unfiltered crowd says. Here we can only report the silence. This is a company whose VPS page claims “500,000 websites already under our care”, and a host at that scale usually generates arguments. Absence from forums isn’t evidence of bad service. It does mean you can’t check the marketing against strangers first.
The review platforms are the only public record, and the main one holds 46 reviews in five years.
Support Quality
EzerHost advertises 24x7x365 support on phone, live chat, email, tickets and WhatsApp. Phone support is real, with published numbers, which budget hosts often skip.
The terms state the actual commitment: “The standard response time is 60 min for any technical support”. That covers every plan, dedicated servers included, and faster handling is a paid add-on. Pre-sales and migration questions get praised. Problems needing engineering work produce the complaints.
When to Use EzerHost
EzerHost fits these situations well:
Ideal For
A small Indian site on a tight budget: INR 49 a month for three years is less than a cup of coffee. The 14-day guarantee does cover shared hosting, so the downside is capped.
Developers who want an Indian IP address cheaply: the self-managed VPS gives 4 GB RAM and 50 GB NVMe for INR 299. That undercuts most of the Indian market. If you run your own server, the missing refund matters less.
People moving off a host they dislike: migration help is what customers praise most, and it’s free within the same panel family.
You’ll Appreciate It If
- You want renewal prices published before you buy, as they are for shared, reseller and VPS plans
- You prefer talking to someone, because the phone numbers and WhatsApp line are live
- You pay in rupees and want UPI, Paytm or net banking
- You want cPanel rather than a custom panel
When NOT to Use EzerHost
No host fits everyone. EzerHost is the wrong choice if:
Look Elsewhere If
You want a refund option on a VPS or dedicated server: this is the biggest finding here. The terms say the guarantee “is provided on Shared hosting, Reseller hosting, WordPress hosting and Email hosting”. They also say there “will be no refund for” cloud, VPS or dedicated server purchases. Buy a VPS and the money is gone once it clears.
Speed of refund matters: the terms say a cancellation request takes “40 – 50 working days to complete the refund process”. That’s roughly two and a half calendar months. Payments by bank transfer, cheque or demand draft become account credit, not cash.
You are relying on the host for backups: EzerHost “does not warrant that it backs-up any Account”. Backup files you make with cPanel’s Backup Manager are wiped every Sunday without warning. The paid service keeps site copies for one day and excludes email and media.
A contractual uptime promise is essential: the 99.99% figure on the marketing pages isn’t a commitment. The terms disclaim it, quote 99.95% instead, and offer no service credits.
Red Flags for Your Situation
- You send bulk email: PHP’s mail() function is disabled on shared and reseller servers. Outbound mail is capped at 500 an hour there and 1,000 on a VPS
- You want Windows on a VPS: the terms say EzerHost supplies “an evaluation version that can be re-activated every 6 months”
- You’ve been a customer before: the guarantee covers first-time signups only, so returning customers have no refund rights
- You want a public track record: 46 reviews and no community discussion is thin ground for a three-year prepayment
If any apply, see the alternatives below.
EzerHost Plans and Pricing
EzerHost publishes a renewal price list at ezerhost.com/renewal. That’s rare among budget Indian hosts and it earns real credit. The list covers shared, reseller and VPS plans, but not dedicated servers.
⚠️ Renewal Warning: The headline INR 49/mo shared plan renews at INR 129/mo, a 2.63x increase. Three years at INR 49 costs INR 1,764. The next three years cost INR 4,644. Here’s the part that catches people out: monthly billing carries no discount at all. Starter on a one-month term costs INR 279 today and INR 279 at renewal.
Shared Hosting (cPanel)
Entry price: INR 49/mo (about USD 0.51) on a 36-month prepayment
Renews at: INR 129/mo
Starter buys 1 website, 50 GB NVMe storage, 2 email accounts and 300,000 inodes (a cap on how many files you may store). Economy at INR 109/mo renews at INR 199, with 100 websites and 100 GB. Professional is INR 179/mo renewing at INR 399, the steepest jump at 2.23x. Enterprise at INR 579/mo renews at INR 799, a mild 1.38x.
A 12-month term costs more up front but renews gently: INR 129/mo for year one, then INR 199.
Shared Hosting (Plesk)
Starting at: INR 39/mo | Renews at: INR 79/mo on a 36-month term
EzerHost modernised the cPanel line in 2025 and left this older one alone. It still advertises “Unlimited SSD Nvme” on its INR 75 Pro plan. Treat that as a marketing word: the terms let EzerHost move any account using “excessive CPU cycles” onto new terms.
VPS Hosting
Starting at: INR 299/mo (about USD 3.13) | Renews at: INR 799/mo
Self-managed SM 50 gives you 4 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 50 GB NVMe and 4 TB of transfer for INR 299. Managed plans start at the same INR 299 for NVME 20, a much smaller box: 1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 20 GB.
Now check the crossed-out prices. On the self-managed line they match the renewal list exactly. On all seven managed NVMe plans they don’t. NVME 20 shows a struck-through INR 599 against a renewal price of INR 799. NVME 200 shows INR 3,999 against INR 4,499. The gap runs INR 200 to INR 500 a plan, so “Save 50%” understates year two.
Dedicated Servers
Starting at: INR 2,999/mo (about USD 31) on a 24-month term
That buys 6 cores, 32 GB RAM, 2×480 GB SSD in RAID-1 and 5 TB of transfer. The range tops out at 128 cores for INR 59,000. A 12-month term on the same box costs INR 3,999.
Two things to know. Dedicated renewal prices aren’t published anywhere. And the discount labels don’t all add up. The 14-core plan drops from INR 12,999 to INR 7,999, which is 38.5% off, and the page labels it “63%”.
Hidden Costs to Watch
- Domain renewal: the free .COM renews at list price, shown as INR 1,299 on the domain page (.in is INR 699)
- Cancelling with a free domain: its cost comes out of your refund. If the refund is smaller, “The ownership of the domain will remain with EZERHOST”
- Backups: a Backup Manager is included, but the terms say EzerHost “does not warrant that it backs-up any Account”. cPanel backup files are deleted every Sunday “without any notification”
- Paid backups: daily database copies kept 7 days, weekly site copies kept 1 day, excluding email and media
- SSL: free and unlimited on all current plans
- Migration: free between like-for-like panels, charged extra otherwise
- Faster support: sold separately as “premium support packages”
Pricing Verdict
On sticker price EzerHost sits near the bottom of the Indian market, and the published renewal list is a real plus. The problem is what the price doesn’t buy. Backups aren’t warranted, uptime isn’t backed by credits, and VPS or dedicated purchases have no refund window. Cheap is the right word. Low-risk isn’t.

EzerHost Transparency Score
How upfront is EzerHost with what a buyer needs to know?
- Company Information: Good – founding year, New Delhi address and two phone numbers are easy to find. The site’s 2019 founding date matches the domain registration of 20 February 2019. Several directories repeat a “2018” claim from EzerHost’s older boilerplate.
- Pricing Transparency: Good on shared and VPS, Limited on dedicated. Publishing a renewal list beats most competitors. But dedicated servers are missing from it. The managed VPS strikethrough prices sit INR 200 to INR 500 below the real renewal prices. And one dedicated plan advertises “63%” off a discount that is actually 38.5%.
- Technical Documentation: Limited – four Indian data centres are named, but the “22+ Locations” claim has no supporting list, and there’s no status page.
- Terms & Policies: Limited – detailed and readable, but they contradict the marketing above them on uptime, backups and refunds. The document carries no version number or effective date, and EzerHost may change it “at all times without any notice”.
One more mark against. EzerHost’s own “Customers Happiness” strip shows 4.3/5 from the largest review platform, and 4.6/5 on the dedicated server page. That platform’s live score is 3.4/5. A badge quoting your own reviews should match the reviews.
Overall Transparency: Mixed, unusually so. On renewal pricing EzerHost is more open than most Indian rivals. On uptime, backups, refunds and its own rating, the marketing says one thing and the fine print another.
Alternatives to EzerHost
These three address EzerHost’s specific gaps:
For a real refund window on VPS: MilesWeb
MilesWeb runs Indian data centres. Its self-managed Linux VPS costs INR 549 a month for 1 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 50 GB NVMe. That’s INR 250 more than EzerHost’s SM 50, with a 30-day money-back guarantee described as no questions asked. Several EzerHost reviewers moved here from MilesWeb, so read both sides. Compare them in our VPS hosting in India guide.
For a large public track record: Hostinger
Hostinger’s 30-day money-back guarantee covers web, cloud and KVM VPS plans, so a VPS is refundable in the first month. It also carries thousands of public reviews rather than dozens. It appears in our best hosting in India comparison.
For guaranteed backups: HostArmada
HostArmada includes free daily backups on separate infrastructure for VPS plans, exactly what EzerHost’s terms decline to promise. Its guarantee runs 45 days on shared and reseller hosting, and 7 days on VPS and dedicated servers. Seven days is short, but it beats none. For the dedicated end of the market, see our dedicated server hosting in Asia guide.
EzerHost earns 3.2/5. It’s a cheap, working Indian host with a migration team its customers like. The contract terms quietly remove the protections its marketing implies.
The Bottom Line
The largest independent platform gives EzerHost 3.4/5 across 46 reviews. The split is 78% five-star against 20% one-star, with almost nothing between. People either stay for years or fight over a refund. The shared hosting is decent value with a real 14-day guarantee. The VPS and dedicated ranges have none.
Buy the shared plans if price is what matters and your site is small. Go elsewhere for anything you’d be upset to lose. For a managed server with contractual protections, start with our managed VPS hosting guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is EzerHost good for beginners?
Yes, with one caveat. You get cPanel, a one-click installer and free migration help. But EzerHost doesn’t promise to back up your site, so take your own backups from day one.
Is EzerHost worth the price?
On shared hosting, yes. INR 49 a month for three years is hard to beat with an Indian data centre, and INR 129 at renewal is still cheap. On VPS and dedicated servers the maths changes: you can’t get a refund if the server disappoints.
What do customers complain about most?
Three things. Servers not delivered after payment, including a September 2026 report of a VPS pending 10 days. Refunds refused or delayed. And support that offers cancellation instead of a fix. The refund complaints match the written terms.
Does EzerHost offer refunds?
Only on some products. The 14-day guarantee covers shared, reseller, WordPress and email hosting for first-time customers. Cloud, VPS and dedicated servers are non-refundable. Even on eligible plans, a refund takes 40 to 50 working days.
How does EzerHost compare to MilesWeb?
EzerHost is cheaper. MilesWeb charges INR 549 for a VPS that EzerHost sells at INR 299. The difference buys a 30-day guarantee covering VPS plans, plus a much larger review record. Our WordPress hosting in India guide covers both.
Is EzerHost good for WordPress?
It’s adequate. The WordPress plans are the same cPanel platform with LiteSpeed caching, priced like the general shared range. There’s no staging environment and no managed WordPress tooling. Fine for a small blog. For a store, pick a host that guarantees backups.
