Natro, a hosting provider in Turkey has been now acquired by the Belgian digital enabler team.blue. The merger includes Combell Group, TransIP and Register Group. A related announcement was officially posted on team.blue’s website on the 19th of June.
The acquisition is a wish come true for team.blue. With the deal made, the European digital enabler aims to increase its presence in the quickly-growing Turkish region.
Natro is a veteran hosting provider, founded in 1999. It offers domain names, web hosting solutions, e-mail, virtual servers and security solutions. With more than 120,000 customers and 500,000 domain names registered, it holds the leading spots across a variety of market shares.

It is estimated that the Turkish webhosting and application segment has the potential of having 80 Million clients. Experts say that Natro is located in a promising environment and expected to have excellent growth.

Team.blue will acquire 100% of Natro shares from its current owners. The sellers were advised by Odin Financial advisors. No further financial details will be disclosed as stated on the website of team.blue.
