Webdock opened its own DK-DC1 data center on 1 April 2025, and from that date no new instances could be created in Finland. A review from 2024 is describing hardware in a different country, run by a different company. Webdock said most Xeon users “should see up to 30%+ better CPU speeds” after the move.

One location has a cost. Denmark is well connected inside Europe, but LowEndTalk posters argue Amsterdam or Frankfurt reach the wider world better. If your audience sits outside Europe, you’ll feel it.
