If the issue is not fixed, you can also set it a 301 redirect to a related page and after it is crawled again it will point to the new address and no longer shows these errors.

If you are seeing the “Url is not on Google: Indexing errors” this means that Google either removed or did not find your URL.
The most common cause for this is the “noindex” added to some pages, that prevents the Google bot to crawl over them. Check your pages carefully and if you come up against a “noindex”, remove it, save and exit. This should fix your issue.

WordPress Url is Not on Google – FIX

The most common problem regarding WordPress websites is that sometimes they get this error to appear in the search console and its quite frustrating.
If your WordPress website worked great and its search console results were showing just fine, but recently you faced some misleading information, errors, or any other kinds of problems regarding the search console – it is most likely because of the search console probably lost track of your website. This happens, because most of the time people use to hardcode the search console shortcode to their theme, and with the next update of the theme files the code just disappears and Google Search console can no longer track your website. It just loses connection.

As we already said – hardcoding the details of anything – search console, analytics, or anything else is a very bad practice. Please avoid doing this.
The smarter and more professional way is to use an external plugin that will take care of this piece of code and establish the connection between your website and the Search console, so no matter what changes or updates you do, it will always stays connected.

Insert Headers and Footers

The Insert Headers and Footers is a very convenient tool that allows you to save code in the header or the footer of your website, but in an external file, provided by the plugin. Thus your information will not be lost within any theme update and you will no longer have to think about it.
When you’ve installed the plugin, all you have to do is to click on it and you will see its settings that consist of Scripts in header, body, and footer.

After that, you need to get your verification code by Google, which can be officially found here. After you get your code, that should look something like: text image

go to your dashboard, then click Settings, find the Insert Headers and Footers and in the first section which is the Scripts In header section paste the following code. Click save and you are done. Your website will now be tracked by Google’s bots.

Conclusion

There are various reasons that you might face errors in the search console, but most of them are pretty easy to deal with and we discussed them in the article. Have in mind that after you’ve successfully verified your account it might take up to 1-2 days for the Google crawler to check it again if you’ve requested a re-crawling.
